For over 40 years, the friendly smile face of Heath Real Estate has been welcoming tenants to the Barre-Montpelier area. Owned and operated by long time Vermont residents, Herbert (Herb) and Tina Heath, Heath Apartment Rentals is more than just a rental agency. We own, maintain and individually care for each of our buildings. This means, unlike large property management companies,  we meet, talk to and work individually with each and every one of our tenants.
